at its Smithfield (Western Sydney) factory for 40 years. Established in 1969 by Kevin Bliim as a wire working
business, Mantova has grown to be the largest cool room shelving manufacturer in Australia. Mantova now also
produces Trolleys, Barware, Kitchen Equipment, and Hardware. Mantova’s longevity in the Food Service
Industry can be attributed to a philosophy of striving to consistently meet our customer’s demands for quality,
